What time does the event start and end?
Doors open 60 minutes before the concert. The full experience lasts approximately 2.5–3 hours, including three concert blocks and dinner in between.
What does the ticket include?
Each ticket includes seating in the selected category and admission to the live concert. If you wish, you can add a 3-course dinner with a welcome drink, or a drink package.
Is dinner included in the ticket?
Dinner is not included by default — it can be added in the e-shop when selecting your seat.
What does the optional drink package include?
The drink package includes wine, beer, soft drinks, tea, and coffee throughout the evening. It is valid per person and cannot be shared.
Can I order drinks at the venue?
Yes. Drinks can be ordered throughout the event.

How is seat allocation handled within the purchased category?
When booking online, your table will be placed approximately according to the room plan. Exact table assignment cannot be guaranteed due to overall occupancy and category demand.
Is there a dress code?
We recommend "creative formal" attire — elegant but personal.
Is it allowed to take photos or videos?
Yes — personal photography and video for private use is permitted without flash.

How can I get there?
Hotel Palace Berlin is located in City West, next to Kurfürstendamm and the Berlin Zoo. The easiest way to reach the hotel by public transport is via U-Bahn station Wittenbergplatz (U1, U2, U3), which is about a five-minute walk, or S-Bahn station Zoologischer Garten (S3, S5, S7, S9), approximately ten minutes on foot.
Where can I park?
Nearby public parking garages. Public parking is available 24/7 at Parkhaus Europa-Center (Nürnberger Straße 5–7, 1 min walk from the hotel) — 2.50 € per hour, max. 20 € per 24 hours; a special evening cultural rate of 1 € per hour applies from 21:00 to 02:00.
How do I find the event hall inside the hotel?
From the hotel lobby, take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Exit into the hallway and turn left - you will find a second elevator. Take it to the 4th floor, where you will find our event hall. You may also ask the hotel concierge for directions to the venue.
Is photography allowed?
Personal photos without flash are permitted. Professional recording during the performance is not allowed.
Is the event suitable for children?
Children aged 6 and above are welcome. Children under 2 are not admitted.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue provides accessibility support. Please inform us in advance if assistance is required.
