Sinatra Night Berlin

1. Scope

These General Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of tickets and vouchers for Sinatra Night Berlin events.

2. Ticket Types

2.1 Tickets with a Fixed Event Date

Tickets with a fixed event date are valid only for the selected event date.

Cancellation or refunds are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

2.2 Open-Date Gift Vouchers

Open-date vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase.

To redeem a voucher, the holder must send a reservation request by email to info@sinatraberlin.de at least 30 days before the desired event date.

A reservation becomes binding only once confirmed in writing by the organizer.

A one-time extension of three additional months may be granted upon written request.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in EUR and include applicable VAT.

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

4. No Right of Withdrawal for Tickets with a Fixed Date

Pursuant to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 German Civil Code (BGB), no right of withdrawal exists for contracts relating to leisure activities with a fixed event date.

5. Right of Withdrawal for Vouchers

Consumers purchasing open-date vouchers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Details are set out in the separate Right of Withdrawal notice.

6. Event Cancellation and Material Changes

The organizer reserves the right to modify performers, program, menu or schedule where necessary for operational, artistic or safety reasons.

A material change includes in particular:

  • significant changes to date or time
  • change of venue
  • substantial alteration of the core event concept

In the event of a material change or cancellation, the organizer may offer either an alternative date or a refund.

7. Force Majeure

If the event cannot take place due to force majeure, governmental restrictions, illness of performers, strikes, security concerns or similar circumstances, the organizer shall only be liable within the limits of mandatory statutory law.

8. Seating

Seating is allocated according to the purchased category.

Specific tables or seats cannot be guaranteed.

9. Electronic Ticket Delivery

Tickets are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam folders.

10. Resale

Commercial resale of tickets without prior consent of the organizer is prohibited.

11. Admission Rights

The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove individuals from the event for safety reasons or disruptive behaviour.

12. Liability

The organizer shall be liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and under mandatory statutory provisions.

In cases of slight negligence involving essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

13. Governing Law

German law applies excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected.

To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
